Researchers seeking ethical review of their proposals are kindly requested to submit their documents <strong data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"204\">no later than 28th December 2025<\/strong>. Please note that any proposals received after this date will <strong data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"311\">not be considered at the November meeting<\/strong> and will automatically be deferred to the subsequent month\u2019s ERC meeting. Timely submission ensures your research receives due consideration and facilitates a smooth review process.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"17\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Special Note:<\/strong> The Principal Investigator must be affiliated with the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID), or at least one Co-Investigator should hold such an affiliation. Additionally, the NIID Ethical Review Committee (ERC) should be the nearest ERC to the study site.
