The Centenary Celebration of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases

As part of the Centenary Celebration of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, an Educational Exhibition on Infectious Diseases and the History of NIID was successfully held on 26th and 27th March 2026 at the NIID Clinic Complex. The exhibition provided valuable educational experiences on infectious diseases, prevention methods, public health practices, and the remarkable history and achievements of NIID over the past 100 years.

Healthcare staff, school students, and members of the public participated enthusiastically and gathered important knowledge through informative displays, awareness sessions, and interactive exhibits. The event was organized with the objective of enhancing public awareness and strengthening community understanding of infectious disease prevention and control while commemorating the 100-year journey of NIID.
